  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Handling hiring portals like Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Monster, TimesJob.
  • Time Management.
  • People Handling.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Documentation.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online, campus placements and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and exit process.
  • Assist with attendance management.
  • Coordinating with the HR Consultants.
  • Planning and designing employees benefit packages.
  • Executing the employee's quarterly / annual review procedures.
  • Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
  • Analyzing and monitoring all the department's budgets.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
  • Counseling employees as and when required and employee retention.
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Employee Engagement, Organizing fun activities, events and conferences for the employees.
  • Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
  • Conduct background verification of candidates before joining.
  • Payroll management
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
